Q: How does this Online Lab Testing process really work? A: Once you have created your order, it will go to our physician for review. A requisition will be emailed to you so you can print it out and go to a lab nearest you. After your labs are drawn, the results will be provided to you via email.
Q:What should I do if I can't find the test I'm looking for? A: We have access to thousands of test which are not displayed on our website. If there is a test you are interested in but can't find it, please feel free to CONTACT US and we will be happy to discuss the availability of the test.
Q: How reliable are the results? A: We only used National Laboratories, which are fully accredited and licensed. What we are doing is allowing you access to the same laboratories that your healthcare providers (Doctors Hospitals) use at a substantial discounted rate.
Q: How do I receive my results? A: During the process of placing your order, we are going to ask you for your email address. Your results will be sent to you via the email address that you provide to us.
Q: Do I need to visit my doctor to get a lab order before getting tested? A: No. MYLABHEALTH.com will provide a physician's approval for your requisition order from a doctor in our network licensed in your state. If your doctor does have a list of lab test that you would like to order with us, we can help you with those as well.
Q: Will my Healthcare Provider receive a copy of my results? A: We deal directly with you, and send the results only to you.
Q: Can I use my health insurance to pay for the lab testing? A: We only accept a credit/debit card payment. Please note: MYLABHEALTH.com does not provide services for insurance or Medicare reimbursement. That's one of the ways we are able to help you save.
Q: Can I use an FSA or HSA? A: Yes. We can provide you with an itemized receipt for your records.
Q: What about returning my orders? A: There is a $20.00 plus 3% fee on all returned orders. Your orders is processed through our physician's network which prevents us from offering a full refund, so make sure your order is correct. There are no refunds after 30 days or once your blood has been drawn.
Q: Why should I use your lab rather than go directly to a National Laboratory and get the testing done myself? A: We are able to charge substantially lower prices because laboratory testing is based on volume of lab tests that are ordered. So we pass on the savings to you.
